- RCA students are given the opportunity to try many different sports and participate in inter-school tournaments throughout the year.
- We are a member of the Christian Athletic Association of Southern Ontario (CAASO) and participate in all of the major CAASO sponsored sports events throughout each school year.
- The RCA Flames compete in several events which includes soccer, floor hockey, cross country running, basketball, volleyball, track & field, badminton & swimming.
- Some intramural play is done for certain sports to provide additional practice and fun. We have also had a running club and currently have a fitness club conducted by Mr. Hamel. This takes place in our well equipped gymnasium.
- All students in grades 1-8 participate in the RCA swimming program which is run weekly during the first and third terms at the Victoria Road Rec Centre. During the second term the students participate in weekly curling lessons at the Guelph Curling Club."October-December and April – June at the Victoria Road Rec Centre.
