DRESS CODE

​

RCA has a school uniform that is to be adhered to by all students in Grades 1-8 Monday- Thursday. Please see the letter below for details about our new uniform supplier. (For returning RCA families- uniform shirts you may still have from last year are still acceptable for 2023-2024). Each Friday is “Dress-Down Day.”

It is the responsibility of each student’s parents to ensure that their child adheres to the RCA dress code. In the event that students arrive at school inappropriately dressed the student will be asked to change into their gym uniform for the remainder of the day and an e-mail will be sent home that evening.

 

Weekday Dress Code

1. Navy dress pants (from McCarthy’s)

2. Navy jumper with white Peter pan polo (from McCarthy’s)

3. Navy skort (from McCarthy’s)

4. RCA School zip sweater (from McCarthy’s)

5. Navy dress shorts may be worn from April 1st to Oct 1st.

6. Flat shoes are required - no restrictions on colour

7. All students are to wear navy/light blue RCA golf shirts purchased from McCarthy Uniforms

8. Pre-JK - JK -SK RCA sweatshirt

 

Chapel Dress Code

1. Weekday Dress Code

2. School sweatshirts MAY NOT be worn in chapel

3. ALL Grades uniform collared shirt, blouse, RCA golf shirt

4. PJK/JK/SK pants and collared shirt for boys, skirt or dress for girls (optional)

Gym

Dress-Down Days

1. Modest attire

2. No spaghetti straps

3. No exposed midriffs or exposed underwear

4. No profane or inappropriate slogans

5. No hats in classroom
